Pompous Logic - The Faults That Lie Within the Curmudgeon Retirement Home

Bardesanes Records is starting off 2008 by releasing one of the older records it has been sitting on. The Pompous Logic album was completed in 2003 and though planned to be released on Polar Shift Records shortly after, never saw a release. Unfortunately, due to a faulty CD-R drive, the source for the files is less than perfect.
The material on this album is more beat oriented electronic
music with a few exceptions. Many of the synthesizer sounds were
generated from scratch
using a few free software synthesizers (none of them VSTi however, all
were standalone) and voices and guitars were sampled. Channeling Anger
is one that
stands out because harpsichords
and flutes were synthesized from a severely limited software analog
modeling synth.
